So I'm just trying to find out if I should remove the blower or not, may be selling my car and would like to have a idea what to expect was thinking to ask 50,000 for it as is :
09 White e92 m3 bamboo beige interior DCT 36K miles clean carfax

Rod bearings done 3K miles ago

I'd sell the blower. I'd think this should be priced in the 45k range as it sits.

Def worth close to 50 IMO. You have some real nice mods. There really aren't any "outrageous" mods. Anyone who wants to mod an M3 should want the type of mods you have. I say start at $50k. I really think that's a fair price on a boosted 09
