Removing Rear Bumper Cover

Hi all

How simple is the bumper removal, do I need to remove the tail lights as well?

touch up guys removed my rear bumper in about 10 mins flat. lights stayed in. have a look at my rear bumper repair thread there are some pics there. I believe there was about 6-8 screws then it pops off.
