CPO cover Mechtronic sleeve seal?

Well I thought I was the lucky few who has an ZF auto tranny that doesn't leak. After being parked for a couple days I found a small puddle (about 8 drops) under the car. The oil was light brown so I thought a botched oil change I did a couple months ago (I've never botched an oil change, but still I got to freakin' out.)

Got the car lifted, couldn't find any leaks under or around the motor. Found the black plastic tranny pan wet. Had to lift other side of car and see the leak coming from above the edge of the pan, so I'm 99% sure it's the common mechatronic sleeve:

New gasket is about $20, sleeve about $15 and fluid $200

Sounds to me like you should be covered. The parts aren't the issue, its the labor involved....
