Suspension Upgrade By BMR Autowerkes

Had my 125i's suspension upgraded by BMR Motorwerkes this weekend and the difference is fantastic.

Replaced the stock shocks and installed Eibach springs

Before: Pretty big void in the wheel well.

After: Such a great drop that my wife was almost starting a bushfire with the sparks flying when backing out of our driveway about an hour ago.

Also, the "120d" that was loaned to me enforced the need to get into a N54/55 powered car within the next few months (i.e. RIGHT NOW!!!!)

What shocks did they install? I've put the Eibach springs on mine but still have the M Sport Struts. Still trying to decide what to replace them with...

Would be good to know what the pros are installing...

Looks awesome! Great stance there! I think non-135i M-sport cars ride slightly higher, despite having M-sport suspension. Perhaps it's diferent lowering. My sister's 118d M-sport vert's front seems higher than my front end.

Love ur brakes and the whole Performance outfit too

I didn't know that a 120d was N54/55 spec....

Thanks for compliments guys. I just added another photo from before when it was still stock - such a noticeable improvement.

Was your car an M-sport pack from factory? I notice you have Performance goodies but I'm guessing it wasn't an M-sport given you've got non-shadowline trim around the windows. I guess that's why it seems to ride so high as I thought M-spot suspension would sit lower than that.

The pro-kit is definitely a big improvement!

Yeh I believe Steve's car is non M sport... so BMR installed Msport shocks and the eibach springs...

When comparing to the black 135i in photo # 5,6,7,8 you can see that steve's silver 125i sits about 10mm lower so it is definitely a bit lower than Msport (which is a good thing!)

Yep, its non m-sport. It was already in the dealers yard when I wanted to order one and as it was the same colour I wanted, they made a very good offer (it was around $7k less than what they were advertising them for but it didnt have m-sport or xenons).

Even with all the goodies I have added it still comes out cheaper than what the dealership initially quoted me for a factory order.

Now I just have to find a 135i and palm this one off to my wife (and swap the wheels and brakes over).

The rims looks awesome with 120D. Where can you get a 120D as a loan car? lol
