Request: BMW E92 Vin Lookup

Would someone mind PM'ing me some details regarding my car via the BMW look up tool thingy? I had a copy printed at the dealer yesterday and managed to misplace it already.

VIN:PY39907

Thanks

Isn't the VIN much longer than that? You may not get all the information with just the last 7 digits of the VIN.

Last time I checked the vin lookups were frowned upon around here for numerous privacy issues. If you find someone willing to do it for you, then it's your lucky day.

Generally, the last 7 is all you need to for my ask (tmk).

TX, not sure if I fully understand the logic in that but thanks for the heads up. I did not get a chance to fully explore the one I did have at one point so there may be something in it that I'm not aware of.

Anyways, I'll have to make a trip back to the dealership at some point to get one if I come up with nothing here.

Thanks

Yeah sorry I couldn't help, I just wanted to tip you off as I've seen others get seriously blasted for asking for a vin lookup. Basically, the person with lookup access has no proof you are the owner of the vin and so any information they lookup for you could easily be owned by someone else resulting in a release of private information to you. No issue here my friend, just wanted to let you know that you might get someone telling you to take a hike for asking. I even called my dealer one time to look up service records for me and they refused since they had no proof I was the owner over the phone.
Best of luck and Cheers,
-X

Why don't you go back to the dealer or call them up?
