Oil Warning Light

My low level oil light has come on.

I've read the manual, but it shows only ACEA-A3 should be used.

I'm wondering what oil should be used? I'm using Mobil Super 3000 X2 5W-40 should be fine as that's a BMW longlife checked oil?

So after driving to the servo and buying Mobil 1 Gold 0w-40 (SuperSyn), the light goes out!

I'm keeping it in the boot just in case.

AFAIK, Mobil 1 0w-40 is one of the top oils you can buy, and is factory filled by Porsche, MB-AMG and Aston Martin. So i think the oil is solid for use in the 125 and is ACEA-A3 approved.

Got a litre of it. Not too expensive!
