hard shifting in normal mode

so i got my car in today. driving it around i noticed one thing. when i put the transmission in sport or sport+ the transmission shifts smoothly - always. however, when i keep it in normal mode, i will occasionally get a hard shift (a knock).

should i be worried?

The shifting feel on my car is the same in either of the modes. Steering, throttle response, suspension stiffness, is of course different.

I would take it to the dealer.
