November Euro Delivery w/ M Sport pack

Hi everyone,
I ordered a 135i for ED and its to be delivered early November in Munich. Has anyone done an ED around this time (or from Germany, perhaps?) How is the weather? Is everything dead and brown by then?

Also, I hear I have to get winter tires to drive in November? Renting tires would upset my plans a bit, as I'd have to go back to Munich. I was planning to go into France for the second half of my visit. Also I wanted to go to the Nurburgring (the last week its open is the week I'll be there!) and I'm not sure winter tires would go so well there. Do I have another option? Can I get the car fitted with all-seasons when built or anything?

Any feedback is appreciated... definitely a Euro-delivery n00b.

Idk if this helps considering I have yet to do it, but here is a link from another site of a ED in late Oct/early Nov. Things look somewhat green to me.

I picked up in late Oct/early Nov last year and here is my trip report. The colors were gorgeous.

As I understand the law (and I am most definitely NOT a German lawyer) you need snow or all season tires if there is snow on the ground (i.e. wintery conditions) depending on where you are headed that is more or less likely. I did not rent snows/all-seasons and did not have a weather or Polizei related problem (even when I was pulled over).

You can get all season 17s as part of the order process - check with your CA for details.
