EEEWWWW - WTF are BMW thinking??!! I mean, what's with the 5 series GT and the 3-series hatch??

Stick to sporty coupes and "saloons". Mind you I suppose Porsche started the rot with it's Cayenne and Panamera.

Didn't like it to start off with - but I will make final judgement when everything is off and see the car live. The 1 coupe doesn't look too crash hot until it's in the flesh.

The shot from the rear looks great.. but not the others...

I feel like i'm looking at a BMW version of the Honda Element. God there is so much cheap plastic exerior paneling.
I hope they make an M Sport package that adds nicer front and rear aprons.

i hope they don't put those lights on the 1 series.

The headlights on the current 1 aren't the best in the whole range of bmw's.. but thats an abortion. I bet if you stuck that picture on the dash of your car you'd get use to it in a few days

Not the greatest thing around, but it isn't too bad... The lights at the back are horrid, looks like they forgot to do them and just wacked them in and forgot to line everything up.

It is kind of ok looking to me. I had to look at their M sport kit though
