Up for sale is my 2011 e90 M3 Competition (the last year they were manufactured). I purchased this car in January 2013 with 13,000 miles from a dentist’s wife in North Carolina whose growing family required a bigger car! It has been my daily driver ever since. The car is well maintained (all records available) and always garaged. It has never been tracked or launched (I’m an old dude). I bought this car because I love driving a manual DCT and a 911 is not practical. Bought an RS5 Competition and am begrudgingly offering for sale. If I had more stalls in my garage I would keep. I love the car! FWIW based on published info, BMW sold 3,587 e90 M3 LCIs between 2009 and 2011 in the US and Canada. Of those, only 834 were alpine white and roughly half of those were competition packages (ZCP).

Overview

• All 4 tires are Michelin PS4s in stock 235/30/19 fronts and 265/30/19 backs.

• Tread is roughly 7/32 around.

• All mechanical parts are BMW oem; everything in normal working condition.

• I have not replaced rod bearings. Mine was a very late cycle build and just was not worried.

• Change oil every +/-7,500 miles

• As many e9x owners know, the oil cap can weep oil. I have tried every suggestion on the m3post and while some ideas have helped, it is not 100% solved.

• Had one 5mph fender bender many years ago when some dude in 3 series brake checked me at a yield sign…ugh

• There is some interior wear and tear (BMW plastic is terrible) but nothing is particularly noticeable

• Leather and steering wheel are in great condition. Much looks new.

• A white car really doesn’t show paint swirls unless you go looking for them so no paint corrections.

• There are no visible exterior dents or curb rashes

• The paint has flaked off on two small spots on the engine.

• Interior overhead LEDs is starting to flicker.

• Some external rubber trim around windows is starting crack off.

Mods

• Replaced the front undercarriage tray with an aluminum one from

• Mporiumbmw (see m3post forum). Got tired of replacing that cheap cardboard!

• Installed a reverse camera (non oem but fully integrated)

• The car came with a “carbon fiber” steering wheel insert. I am not sure if it is really carbon fiber?

• Upgraded to Lux Angel Eyes LED adjustable temperature

• Both side mirrors are European auto-dimming heated asymmetrics

Is the car perfect? Heck no. It has 100k miles! However it looks great and drives even better. The pictures attached are of the car in its normal state (obviously not professional pics). It was not cleaned up in any way!
