F82 Tire size

So my m4 is currently on EMD lowering springs with no spacers
My tire sizes are 275/35/19 and 295/35/19
19 x 9.5 + 25mm

The rear tires are tucked in will it crack or rub my fenders badly?

Only my front driver side seems to be rubbing the fender liner when turning
Should I downgrade to
265/35/19 285/35/19
Or
255/35/19 275/35/19

Garage List
I currently run on Michelin Pilot Supersports and i have 12mm spacers all round and Eibach Pro lowering springs all round.

Tyre sizes are:
Front - 265/30/20
Rear - 285/30/20

I did get slight rubbing on the passenger front when on full lock but I loosened the fixings on the arch liner and then pushed the liner forward before re-tightening and then no rubbing issues at all and actually has settled nicely to feel a better ride in all settings.
