Mixed green and blue coolant

I accidentally poured about 0.75 liters of green Prestone into the coolant reservoir when I got a low coolant light. When looking online, everyone acts like it’s catastrophic and my engine is going to blow up. Do I need to flush everything out or should it be fine?

You're lucky…the ingredients are the same. I checked and compared the MSDS.

Ingredients in both:
Ethylene Glycol
Diethylene Glycol
Ethylhexanoic Acid or 2-Ethyl Hexanoic Acid
Sodium Hydroxide (adjusts pH)
