650i F12 heated seat problem

Hi all,

My drivers side heated seat blows a fuse whenever i activate the heated seat. This renders the seat unmovable until i replace the fuse and then it moves again. Does anybody know of instructions on how to remove the seat trim and heating element??

The heating element is integrated into the foam padding below the leather. To replace the heating element...requires getting a new pad (#1 in the diagram below).
