No...not if you’re expecting the “cassette” to lock into the clasps on the side. Totally different parts that secures the cargo cover cassette which you can verify using one of the online part database sites like www.realoem.com or https://bimmercat.com

The e70 diagram shows two different items. Item #2 is the more common cover you see...which is the cargo cover only.
Item #1 in the e70 diagram is an optional cargo cover that also has the separation net combined in the same cassette with the cargo cover. It also requires the extra hardware (#5 & #12) that’s mounted in the headliner that supports the separation net when in use.
