What is this 2013 E92 M3 on BaT?

So this 2013 E92 M3 popped up on BaT today:

Everything looked normal to me until I saw the photo of the bottom. I don't recognize the exhaust routing, the front & rear suspension, front hubs, the mufflers are relocated, and I don't see the gas tank (is it where the mufflers used to be?). Even the differential cover is different.

Did all of this change in 2012/13 that I'm unaware of (I have a 2011)? I pulled up the VIN in RealOEM, and all the parts I mentioned above look like normal E9x M3 parts that I'm used to, not what I see in the photos. What am I looking at here? Note that it was delivered in Canada, but AFAIK, that does not explain the differences.

yeah i agree. the car on the lift appears to be white. different calipers too

That makes sense. I'm surprised the seller hasn't noticed this yet. I posted a comment but it is "under review".

I tried looking at this exact car before finding something much more to my liking. This dealer refused to allow me to test drive without a credit pre approval.

I believe they bought it out of Canada.

I'm glad I bought elsewhere.

Anyone notice the 1 piece center arm rest? I thought that only came on the cloth interior M3's.

Clean car though.

I have one piece center arm rest on my zcp 2013. must be option available in canada
