Precision tuning on 3 m5 review

Just want to tell you guys about our experience with precision tuning And getting our cars tuned! We left Thursday morning at 4am in route to precision tuning motorsports to get our beasts finally tuned by the M5 whisper aka Kevin at precision tuning!
The three of us met up at a common meeting place easy to access for all three of us as we are from different locations in Massachusetts.
we began our journey to precision tuning in New Jersey! We were finally on our way with grins on our faces all the way there! What we thought was going to be a 4-5 hour road trip we turned into a 2.5/3 hour drive! We arrived to the shop at 7am An were anxiously waiting the arrival of Kevin to get there! We still needed to pick up our fabworks dp which was another 90 miles away so we left two cars to cool down An took the other car to pick up the dp! Dp in hand about a hour An half later An the anticipation to see Kevin An get our cars tuned was exciting!

We get to Precision tuning around 10 am with 3 sets of dp in hand, two of the cars were already under way An getting to work! Before I go any further I want to say Kevin An everyone that works at precision tuning from the owner to the team members they are all first class great guys! Kevin took the time to answer all questions that we had, any concerns And talked to all three of us individually on what type of numbers we wanted to see And how we as individuals wanted our cars to behave while we drove them! Each car was custom tuned for the driver, what each drivers needs were! As busy as kevin And his staff were they were always willing to stop to answer our questions which was great to see! the three of us are in the customer service business And when u see great customer service that goes a long way in my book!

the two 2013 m5 were on old software, kevin took the time to update the dmes and give us some extra features.

So our day that started at 3am was finally coming to a end at this point we had been there for a solid day car number three was coming off the dyno an it was midnight! We had a 3-5 hour journey back home but as tired as the three of us were when we got in our cars An turned them on any type of Tiredness went out the door!

So we left at 12:30 en route back to Boston An within the first 10/15 min of driving my car I can say I felt like a little kid waking up on Christmas Day! The torque the power An the way the car handles is amazing!

Every step of the way kevin explained why he did A or B And why not the other, pros And cons for everything! If your looking to get your car tuned whether it be to race or slightly more hp gains kevin An the crew at precision tuning are nothing but the best! Nothing but positive things to say about them!

after driving our cars the 2 prelci cars found the old jerkiness went away, car is very predictable now, unless you floor it all the way LOL

Absolutely love my tune! I'm glad I went with Kevin An the crew at Precisiontune! Nothing but positive things to say about the guys down there! If your on the east coast An want a tune for your car he's the guy you want!!

also , one thing to note, that white car's tq is quite high. I'd be weary of clutch slippage soon. unless you tell Kevin to turn it down.

absolutely great experience , everyone in the shop is great , they make you feel welcomed, Kevin took the time to explain every little detail about the tune , what a great/knowledgeable guy Kevin is. in terms of customer service this shop is 110% , friendly environment, I will definitely be back soon for Dct clutch upgrade soon.
in regards to the tune , I hesitated between flash tune or jb4 , but I'm absolutely glad I went with the flash tune , and not just any tune , it's KEVIN tune best from the best. nothing bad about jb4 , I loved my 335xi with jb4 , but for the f10m5 flash tune is better.
my car is the Singapore gray comp pkg.

Great numbers guys ! , I will be getting my car tuned at precision very shortly , where did you get the downpipes from ? If you don't mind me asking, by the way my buddy Adam works there I see him in one of the pics he keeps hounding me to get my car in there asap lol

well remember this tunes are tailor made, so based on owner request he did not wanted to go all out as he is keeping this car for a long time, he is not racing it but dont want to stay behind, tuner could easily made more power on it.

Yes I didn't want to push the car as I plan on keeping it till I drive it to the ground

mustangs, 2 vettes but the problem was that the track was not really prepped so it was hard to do consistent runs, thats why i opted for leaving mdm on, it was so bad that 1st and second i only did half throttle then 3rd full, but no one was under 11.5 on streets cars as far as i know
