I pretty much have everything I wanted to get done to my MR M3. I wrapped the trim with gloss black, replaced the chrome kidneys with gloss black, black M3 emblem, added a small CF spoiler and CF gills. I'm really happy with the look and all the chrome is gone. I also wrapped the steering wheel and aluminum interior trim in CF. Very happy:

Polished the Borla tips also:

Thinking of adding spacers to move the wheels out a bit, then I'm done (for now, LOL)!

you need to get some Red and black BMW badges.

M cars are very good at the basics..
next up you could try to add some coil overs system and spacers for the stance..
it will give you better driving and makes the car feel lighter imo.

then from out side you will have the look of a perfected oem.
