Best Newport/OC area BMW Dealer/Bodyshop?
I had my car shipped here, all 375 miles on the odo, and I get it back with a door ding/paint chip on the edge of the door and a rather large scratch on the B pillar. The guy tried to say it wasn't them and the driver signed off that it was fine (oh really?! I wonder why...). Then he also tried to say it was going to eventually happen anyways and it was fine... LOL. Then he asked if there was a problem. They also managed to put 13 miles on it.
Any complaints/recommendations for Sterling or Crevier? I'm not settling for touch up paint on a door ding on a brand new car, I want the whole door repainted... Is that ridiculous? Thank god for paying by credit card, chargeback may have to happen. Otherwise, I can hit up an attorney if I need to if/when the costs are more than they're willing to pay. Who thought car shipping was such a pain in the rear? |

I recently went to Crevier and their service was really great. I don't know anything about their body shop, but they were very honest and follow up was great.
