Can someone explain to me what these are for and what the difference between 2.0 and 4.0 is?

I see these things posted, but have no idea what they are.

LUX rings change the color and brightness of the Angel eyes in Xenon headlights. Stock color is around 3000k which is a very warm white color. LUX upgrades them to a 6000 - 6500k color and is Much brighter then stock.

The different versions. as the versions get highter the brightness increases. Lux 3.0 was the bluish in color out of all of them, but LUX 4.0 is around 6500k and is the brightest.
