Rear Shelf Speakers on E92

Hi all,
Has anyone fitted rear shelf speakers to an E92 that does not have speakers fitted here as standard?
I realise it will involve cutting the parcel shelf and metalwork and wondering if anyone has done it and was it worth the effort?

Before you go cutting your deck, what is your goal audio-wise?
