Has anyone used any debt consolidation services with good luck?

Specifically for credit card debt. Trying to help someone find one that's run by a legit company that actually will help the person and not scam them out of more money.

They do not specifically name any by name, but they gave you a good idea of who they are and where to start looking/calling.
