OTOH, I wonder where they are trying to have it in Vegas? I bet you its indoors at a convention center and not outdoors.

I've heard that times might change too from like 6pm-6am. Sick.

I've spent $800 during EDC weekend last year. Now I'll probably need more than $1500.

Also, not having to wake up early to get there and then sit in line and then not leave the arena and piss on the wall for the entire night sucks.

typically spend 100-200 on events. that's with no hotel room. think i spent around 300ish for EDC last year. i got screwed on the hotel room; no one pitched in basically. i also got a parking ticket in the morning. so actually i likely spent over 400.

would be interested in vegas edc though. shit gonna be wild. i can probably stay at my buddy's house out there too and save on hotel. thanks for bringing this to our attention, john!

btw... still undecided about beyond... *sigh* none of my friends seem dedicated to go.

um... youtube it first. maybe look at some pictures. you be the judge of it. but off the bat, i'd like to say this is probably one of those things you don't bring the wifey to.

you might also want to do a test run first. a couple events throughout the year you can check out. like Beyond Wonderland in march.
