Wheeling and Dealing

On an ordered 328xi sedan (or even a wagon), how much over invoice in $ or % should I expect to put into the transaction in order to make a fair deal for all parties?

Are there any gotchas I should be aware of before sitting down with the dealer? Any bogus invoice charges that they will throw my way?

Also...I recall reading that you could pay for extended maintenance. How much is this and what are you getting exactly? Does BMW offer a factory extended warranty?

Audi never did...but other than replacing a radiator out of warranty I've been lucky so far.
