Hello, all.

I'm in the market for a 328i, and I am considering a 2007 model. Does the base model 328i come with an auxilliary input (3.5mm) plug?

Yes, it does. It's in the center arm rest, right by the 12v plug.

You can also add iPod/USB integration as a retrofit, but then the connector is in the glovebox. From the factory, the USB port is in the armrest.

I recently got a 2007 328i and I've found that the radio does have an AUX input option available. However, there is no AUX port in the armrest area (where the port is typically located, there is an open rectangular cut out). Is it located somewhere else that I'm not aware of?

They probably took it out then check glove box if not you'll have to get one

I checked the glove box and didn't see it. Would it have been where the flash light plugs in?

Any idea what its called to order one online?

I'll have to look and yeah mine is stock I have aux, you are not 1st owner correct so they did something to it.
So it's a hole, try to do something like this to find wire if u can't ill take mine out and see
