Alarm beeps once when unlocking
So I was walking to my car tonight to go home from a friend's house and when I pressed the unlock button, my alarm only chirped once. What does this mean? I lock it and unlocked it to make sure it wasn't a repetitive thing. I found a thread that described my problem but no answer was given....it only showed that 3 chirps indicate that the alarm has been tripped.

I just trolled the owners manual for you and it didn't mention anything about 1 chirp when un-locking... Did it do it again when you were testing it?
If it happened the once, it could have been a random bmw glitch. |

Yupp, manual is the first place I looked. Thanks though. It only happened once and it hasn't happened again. Just wanted to see if maybe someone else experienced it.
