Hello everyone!
Planning to do some stuff on my 330d.
Bring the car around 280hp, make the car safe to drive at this power, and make the car look oem+.

For the tuning part i was looking at:
E60 530d 218hp turbo, egr delete, swirl flap delete, dpf dont have, cp1 high pressure fuel pump, N75 Pierbourgh, bigger exhaust with f10 cats because i dont want my car to be smoking. Also dont want pops and bang or rev limiters as they will just make the engine last less longer.(Any advices or tips are welcomed for engine tuning)

For the car to be a safer to drive:
Msport shocks and springs on the rear
Adjustable coilovers on the front, brakes from 335d e92, 6speed manual gearbox driveshaft and maybe lsd diff, 530d e60 clutch, 18 inch wheels. (Any tips advices are welcomed)

This is my plan for the build. I dont really care that much about looks i want it to look a slow car but be a very powerfull car for the looks. I have had that car for 15 years almost my dad was driving it now that i have driven it 5 years i have some memories with it and dont want it to be another car just want it to be the same car that that will fulfill my power requirements.

Please i am open to any tips and advices from yall i would like to have this car many more years and want it to be OEM+ as much clean work as possible and as much power as possible for it to last long!
