Multiple errors popping up!

Hi all I’m having abit of a nightmare
F30 335D 2016
My car recently when in to the garage because I was getting the following errors pop up on the dash and car would cut out.

Was diagnosed that a fuel return sensor had failed and pushed fuel through the wiring loom and Into the ECU.
The sensor has been replaced wiring loom and ECU has been cleaned and dried with contact cleaner mechanic said take it out for abit and see what happens well after 2 hours of driving about etc it now pings up with the following errors but DOESNT cut out.

Driving stabilisation drive moderately
Daytime pedestrian alert
Front end collision warning restricted
These faults stay on until turned off and back on. ⬆️
In the 2 hours of driving and when the faults come back on a
Drivetrain error come on and goes off after around 2-3 minutes.
Car doesn’t cut out now (at the moment)
Am I looking at a new ECU or looking for sensors or what I’m at a loss has anyone else had anything similar?
Any help is welcome 🙏
Thanks
