best pistons for forced induction(turbo or supercharger)

Hey, I'm starting a complete over haul on my E46 M3. I've been looking for a while and can't find any information on reliable/ durable pistons, rods, and rings that are better for forced induction set ups. I would like to get something lighter than OEM but not at the cost of durability. What are the best options aftermarket? Or is OEM the only reasonably "safe" way to go? Thank you for any help provided.
