FCP euro has some good kits/prices. Plus if you’re up to it you can send used oil back and filter…they offer lifetime replacement.

FCP for the win! They have BMW TPT and Motul.

I do a dump and fill on the engine oil every 5K minimum, and every 2K if using ethanol mix fuel.

I’ll let BMW change the filter with the oil at the 10K intervals. No need for me to scrape up my hands.I think 10K is fine for oil filter life.

Love FCP EURO although I haven't gotten around to use the lifetime replacement yet. Wondering how much shipping the oil back will cost and if it's even worth the hassle.

getbmwparts.com also has decent price for their OEM oil ($11.18/liter).
