After the official start of this car, and the first, hopefully satisfied, customers I would like to start a new thread about your personal settings you have made in your car.

What settings do you use for your B&W Sound System?

Which colors and which brightness do you use for ambient light, especially in the night?

What are the differences in the "my modes" and which do you use most?

Which layout do you like in the control screen and in the HUD?

Expressive is the best by far. LED glimmering pulse effects + multiple colors on different areas of the LED bar, makes it the best one. Wish we could customize it ourselves, maybe that’s coming in a future update, who knows.

I find that the HUD options can obstruct your view in certain modes, so i just stick with the reduced view or standard most of the time.

Bowers and Wilkins has Logic 7 Surround Sound enabled with Bass + 3 and Treble +1. I could make some extra tweaks here and there but it sounds good so far.

So far, I like Sport from My Modes and only changed the bass and treble on the audio settings.

Yes, I’m in the middle brightness settings. It’s mainly been winter here so no sunny days to compare. I also need to go for a night drive to catch the full experience!

I found the iconic sound in Expressive mode is kinda weird. I stick to the personal mode the most.

I just turn the night brightness to about 40%. Otherwise it is reflecting everywhere and very distracting to me.

Is there a way to just choose by default a gentle glow? I just prefer something without the light show, movement in the interaction bar. Saw a photo of the 530i with basic set up, and that is something more what I'd like, except I'd get the M60.

Also, if any of you have actually seen the car in person, is there any place to conveniently place sunglasses? Looks like one of the cost cutting items is the small compartment to the left of the steering wheel.

u got stepless adjustment for the light i am shure u find a setting for u .
u can even turn it off if u wish

for the sunglasses i dont wear any sorry

I test drove yesterday and did not see a sunglasses holder at all.
