How do I figure out if I have sport/standard suspension?

I was looking at H&R lowering springs and looking to lower the car in the future.

Anything else that would change how low the car would be? I don't want to go TOO low. Potholes in CA are pretty bad and a lot of speedbumps where I'm at

SpoolinAddict Is this your first project to lower the vehicle with lowering springs? If it is, I suggest to search this forum and get a more detailed perspective on ..

- Lowering springs (which may not work effectively with certain shocks)

- Coilovers as an alternative

- What if you are not happy with how the suspension settled? Lowering springs cannot be adjusted. The new suspension height will be what it will be.
