I just placed an order for a 2015 X5, so I am selling our 2020 X3 M40i. We bought this new in January 2020. It currently as 29,700 miles. We are located in Auburn, IN.
Here are the options and packages.

Phytonic Blue
Vernasca Black Leather seats with blue stitching

Mods:

It has Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 tires with less than 500 miles on the front and 1,000 on the rear. They are the X3M sizes, 255/40/21 front/ 265/40/21 rear.

Front windows tinted, has factory rear window tint.
BMW all season mats
BMW rear cargo mat

Condition:

Exterior is near perfect. It has a very small, almost unnoticeable ding on the hood.
No accidents, clean title in hand.

Interior is mint, no scratches or bolster wear on the leather.

I forgot to post the interior pics, sorry. I will post some pictures when I get back from vacation this weekend. I doesn’t have active cruise control. I believe that is the only option it doesn’t have.

When does the warranty end Jan 2024? Also would there be any issues with BMW dealer regarding the tire sizes you are running? Spacers etc? I’m also curious to see interior pics. Does it have the ambient lighting in the cup holders and vents that everyone has been saying is being deleted with 2022/2023 years. Does it have space saver spare or no?

We bought it brand new in January 2020, so the warranty ends in January 2024. It doesn’t have spacers, just different size tires. I have never had any issue with my local dealer about the tire sizes. They aren’t extremely different sizes and the car rides better than the Oem run-flats. It doesn’t have a space saver tire since it came with the run-flats when new(which were awful, terrible ride and loud tire noise). It has ambient lighting. I will post interior pictures when I get back from vacation. If you look up the black interior with the blue stitching for the X3 M40i, that is the interior it has. It also has the carbon fiber trim and “larger, nicer M Sport steering wheel. Thanks

So it must ride a bit more comfortable with 40’s in the rear vs the original 35’s that came with and with the adaptive it’s probably less harsh on rougher roads right?

Is there any coding that’s been done to change anything on the vehicle?

One other question, does both driver and passenger seats have both lumbar and side width adjustment?

Yes it rides very well. The adaptive suspension is great with the 21” wheels.

I have done some coding: roll driver’s window down when door open, disabled start up “ok” screen on I drive, disabled start/stop, and a few others I can’t think of.

It has both diver and passenger seat lumbar side width adjustment.

I keep going back and forth about either getting a pre owned X3 or X4. I really want the merino leather but the X3 didn’t get it.

Your X3 looks nice and optioned very well. I still have my 2011 335i I special ordered, it has black leather (I think it’s dakota) it has the heavier steering.

I like the blue stitching in the Vernasca. Still thinking.

Worry about if insurance could accept the vehicle being modified. Need to purchase warranty after Jan 2024 anyway. Waiting for interior pictures. Thanks.

It hasn’t been modified, just coding that can be reverted back to stock. Insurance would not be an issue. Thanks

Since you’ll soon be posting interior pics, I was wondering if the exterior photos you posted already are the X3M size tires? If not can you post another exterior with the way it looks now?
