jack pad adapters that fit smaller diameter jack saddle

Are there any jack pad adapters that fit a smaller diameter jack saddle? My old craftsman jack’s saddle has an inner diameter of about 2”, so most of the common BMW jack pad adapters don’t fit.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated; I’m really trying to avoid having to get another jack entirely when this one works fine. Thanks all

Get a new jack. Cheap at harbor freight.
