Tool Kit and tow hook licence plate holder

I can't seem to find the tool kit that comes with the car. Is it supposed to be in the compartment under the trunk?

I have ordered multiple tow hook licence plate holders for x5, and none seem to fit (all too thin). Any recommendation?

CravenSpeed just released their tow-hook plate mount (I ordered one yesterday after having one on my i-Pace). Don't know how well it fits yet.
