Tischler - do you guys deal with europeans??

Hi Guys,

just out of curiosity - do you guys deal with us europeans? i have sent a number of inquiries: by pm, by email, by using "contact us" on your homepage. I have yet to ever get a reply from you. Maybe because the question "how much is shipping to austria" scare you off????

tnx

Hit them up on AIM. You can find their SN's on their E90post profiles.

Thanks Kev.

Yup, we've been closed for Christmas since early Christmas Eve.

Rsyed, Jason and I have never seen a PM, email, or instant message from you come through....it would've been promptly answered. To answer your question, yes, we ship internationally....Europeans included.

More info is found in our FAQ and Policies section....including the answer to your question. Feel free to PM Jason or myself with anymore questions.

PS....we didn't see this thread right away since we querry by 'Tischer' not Tischler. It's just Jason and myself running this gig here, and we are on many forums and handle hundreds of emails, PM's, and instant messages per day. It's simply impossible for us to monitor every forum....so we usually search for active threads with Tischer as the keyword.

Alright, I'm confused....I've corresponded with you many, many times between October and December, but I was under the impression that we were squared away with the quotes. We went over both the E90 Spoiler and the Carbon leather trim, both of which I provided quotes with shipping to Austria. I even answered the shipping price inquiry on the very same day that you sent it. The last I heard from you, the price of the kit was given, along with shipping - I never heard back from you about order placement. I wasn't sure if you were interested after the shipping price was quoted, so I was waiting to hear back from you. If you want to place the order, as I said - I'll be happy to get you all of the part numbers needed for the carbon leather trim.

In Summary:

Gave the price, gave the shipping - never heard back about the interest in actually placing the order. You've got to let me know, I'm not going to come looking for you

BTW, I ain't scurred of any international shipping quote

We don't pick and choose our customers, we'll sell to anyone - anywhere. if I've made a mistake with a quote or misunderstood an inquiry, I'll most certainly apologize and go out of my way to make things right. But erroneously accusing us of being selective about our customers or choosing to sell/not to sell to anyone based on their nationality/geographic location is completely injustifiable.

Peace, and I'll shoot the part numbers for the carbon leather trim right over to you - now that I know you're interested in actually placing the order

Gotta do something for my defence
1) Never ever got any mails from you till the 29th December. You replied to a thread in october saying that you can ship the m3 spoiler to Austria but you NEVER quoted a shipping price to Austria.
2) Your two mails on the 29th quoted a price ranging between 1100 and 1200 for the parts, and 100-120 for shipping. I replied 3 times asking you to get the exact pricing for parts and shipping. No answer to that???

How do you expect me to order parts if you can't even give me exact prices?

Also, I asked for the part number aswell to double check that they will fit my car. You said you were waiting to hear back from me, but clearly you received a mail from me otherwise you wouldn't mention that you will zip the part numbers out to me. So if at all, I think i have been chasing you...

But yes - peace. Let us get moving...

Whilst you are at it, is there any solution for the middle console?

thanks

I never got the e-mail confirming the need for part numbers, the last I had was the shipping quote - I've zipped them out to you so quickly today in order to rectify the situation after reading the thread(that we just found this afternoon). Are you sure you sent the e-mails to jreighard@mileone.com ?

Either way, let's move on - we're beating a dead horse here in public. To our knowledge, there isn't an alternative M3 center console from BMW. I'm not sure if anyone in the aftermarket is offering anything at the present time...

sorry to hear the honeymoon is over here.

out of all the times i've ordered from jason or evan, they hav been standup guys and always there to help. hell! i'm even on the website a couple of times!

even tho they never gave u a solid shipping price, that shipping range shouldn't even be an issue if it was "100-120" if u weren't worried about that, then u would hav pulled the trigger on the order already.

either way, i'll stick w/ jason and evan @ tischer on this. u guys rock

Thanks for the support guys!

One thing with shipping quotes......we do not know the exact shipping charges since we can't calculate this until you actually order the parts, we package them, weigh and measure the final box, and enter your shipping details in the UPS Worldship software or USPS shipping estimator....so providing an estimated range that differs by 20 bucks or so is to A) give you an idea of what to expect and B) protect us from undercharging you and losing money on the deal. We are well aware of the cost of these parts in other parts of the world....so I'm not sure how a shipping range of give or take 20 dollars would change a customers mind when ordering internationally on most stuff. Also, please remember, we already deeply discount our parts as best as possible....so it's important that you pay the shipping charge we are charged by the carrier. We are a 'for profit' business, and can't let a shipping charge eat up the small amount of profit we do hold on most items.

Also, we've provided links to both USPS and UPS shipping calculators on our site so you can get an idea of what to expect both nationally and internationally. Give those a try sometime as it's basically all we do when an inquiry comes through....the difference is, you won't have to wait on us to get back to ya.

what i meant in my post was that the parts prices varied by USD 100,- and the shipping by another 20. For me it does make a difference if I pay 1100 USD for the parts or 1200 USD...

Anyway Jason and I sorted it out by email and even found a minor bug in ETK
