Question CS Hood Vent (Screen Insert) in Carbon Fiber?

Hi,

Does any company offer a carbon fiber hood vent for the M2CS? I think the black looks great as-is of course, but curious to see how it might look finished in carbon fiber to match the other exterior carbon fiber bits. I tried to refrain from creating a post asking this, but I've scoured the internet, to no avail. The only options that seem to come up are for the M3 and M4, though some of those products do list the M2 CS in the fitment details, which can't be right.

Stock part # for reference: 41618081166

TIA!
JD

About a year ago when I was looking for this, I did find a German website that made this in CF. It was an extremely limited production run so it was sold out by the time I saw it. Now if I could only find the site again to show the pic...

I did find this though:
https://paddleshifterz.com/product/f...v=7516fd43adaa

This is NOT the site I remembered because that was a full replacement piece.
The one in the link above seems like it's a stick-on overlay because it mentions 3M double sided adhesive, but the details are a bit sparse. Plus, that seems too cheap to actually be a quality CF full replacement piece.

Just hit translate in chrome. Mobile should do it automatically. I like that carbon radio bezel too.

Yes, this was the site! Oooh. Looks like it's in stock.

Looks like you're in the USA. How did you get some of their products? The shopping cart does not have an option for USA shipping.

You can contact them through email or Instagram. They're very responsive, great people and great company.

I've ordered the radio trim cover from them and they were a pleasure to work with.

Looks like their carbon side winglets are a really good price too. I'm not one for a lot of dress up, but I like their stuff. I might have to drop some cash with them. Maybe a group buy bundle?

Great info here... thanks all! Prior to seeing these replies, I contacted (and ordered for $380) an OEM laminated ("skinned") CF piece from
www.NvdAutoSport.com
nvdautosport@yahoo.com
https://www.facebook.com/NVDAutosport/

I'll be the guinea pig.

Production is 7-10 weeks, so I'll reply here once I receive the part. If it meets my standards, I'll install it and provide some pics.

This one also mentions 3m adhesive...

Component is delivered with 3D printing clips and double-sided 3M adhesive tape for attachment to the vehicle
I wonder if it too is a stick on?

I emailed them. They were awesome to deal with. They will send you the invoice and we did the transaction through PayPal.
The translate option in your internet browser is your friend for the site but they will email in English.

I reached out to Paddleshifterz.com and received confirmation that it is in fact a replacement part (not an overlay). Available with a 3-4 day lead time.
