Since you have a 2021 RWD, you aren't stuck to getting 4 matching tires. The Sport Cup 2s are available. These are OEM on the track pack in Europe. These are Star Marked, 240 treadwear vs 300, but the traction is better.

Just adding in another option. You can put these on the back for traction.

Not a bad idea but the set on the car is barely 3k miles old. Trying to do this without spending a fortune. Interestingly I called Michelin and they claimed i will have no issues putting a non star spec PS4S on the rear axle. Idk, I'm kind of stuck so I'll prob buy a non star and replace it down the road.

Yeah, you have alot more leeway with a RWD car. You dont "need" Star, but... Its of course worlds better the PS4S Star is 4 compounds, vs 2. the 2 extra compounds, are derived from the Cup2. More info. I would probably just go with non stars for the rear. Although, Im not sure the difference between putting 1 star and 1 non star on the same axle (both rears).
