Does anybody knows the difference between BMW Live Cockpit Plus and BMW Live Cockpit Professional (6U3)?

There is not much info in BMW and my CA doesn’t know the difference, in the configurators from Spain and uk it shows the same screen whether Pro is selected or not, the configuration for Mexico doesn’t has the M240i yet.

All I have found about is the Pro having the HUD, it’s there any other difference? It’s a $1500 USD upgrade and I think is too much for the HUD only.

Live Cockpit Plus has analog gauges with a smaller screen in the center of the instrument panel. Live Cockpit Pro has a 10" screen for the instrument panel with no analog gauges.

That’s right for ID7, for ID8 these are the images shown in the 2023 configurator (not US):




I’m not sure what’s $1500.00 buys you. The only difference I have found is the HUD, but info is not clear.

Pretty sure it's just the heads up display that you're adding for iDrive8 for the $1500. BMW promotional materials for iD8 aren't updated for cockpit plus/pro. I didn't option it.
