Cant decide DGM/MWM
I can't decide I have MEGA clinical OCD. But I want the car to look aggressive.
I want red, but its such a bitch to keep clean. So Between Donnintgon Gray Metallic / Mineral White Metallic What is going to be easier to maintain, show imperfections less, and look more aggressive on X6M? I have this next week to change my color!

I had a DG F86 and loved it. It hid plenty of dirt, especially in winter with the snow and salt. I have never had a white vehicle. Not my cup of tea so I can’t compare. But I also don’t think there is anything aggressive looking about a white X6. Sorry to you white owners. Just my $0.02

Disagree. MWM is more of a pearl with white accents than the Alpine White. If I were to do it again, I'd maybe do Nardo or Lime Rock if I went the grey route. DG is nice though. No lie, but white cars are hot at the moment and definitely convey a certain je ne sais IMHO.

how does sakhir orange hold up after a year or two?
after having owned only black vehicles over the last 20 years or so my second x5mc is going to be MWM.. |

I had Sakhir Orange on my F80 and honestly it was lower maintenance than the black interior in my X5M. Doesn't stain and doesn't show any dust unlike my black interior.
DGM is a nice color but is fairly common with others cars. Lexus has a very similar color that's been around for ages and even my neighbor has a old chevy SS in nearly the identical color. So while it is a special M color its really not that special imo. No offense to the DGM owners. I guess the same could be said about Mineral white too so....

I've had MWM on my M3 and M4 and have to say that color is resilient a f. Not sure bout DG but MWM is extra thiccc as far as the layering of the paint, much more so than alpine white or BSM.
Also keeping it "looking" clean will probably be as easy or easier vs DG as the pearl component hides all sorts of shit. I drove a MWM x6mc during a BMW M Track day and it popped compared to all the others on track. My 2 cents but if you went with a comp and did the panda look, the x6mc would look fierce. Also - you can't go wrong with either color.

I love white and have owned many white vehicles. I chose DG because you can only get it on M version of an X5. You will see hundreds of white X5's around but only a handful of DG's.

Seeing as I have a DG X6MC, I’m not exactly objective. However I see tons of white X5s all day every day…you won’t see another DG X5 (unless it’s an ///M) and the combo with S.Orange feels just right. Both colors (DG & MWM) would be just as easy to maintain, I would opt for the more exclusive color.
