2020 M2CS for sale?

Is anyone buying or selling CS's? I'm thinking of listing mine but can't come up with any ideas on pricing.

There are 6 listed on CarGurus ranging from about 97k - 120k. That should give you some ideas? You can also reach out to Carvana, Vroom, etc.. and see what they would offer.

Dang, I looked all over Cargurus and didn't find anything but Competition.

I guess the question is are any actually selling at those prices????

I don't think so. I've seen a bunch of them sitting for quite a while. I doubt anyone is getting 120k for their CS. My bet is they are selling between 95-105k

Garage List
I was at my local dealer today and they had a gorgeous one with 2000 miles on it that they had just sold for (I think) $106K.

I think $105 is for cars at around break in miles or less. The cars with 2.5-3+K on the clock will see high $90's.

Mine is around 3,000 miles, blue with gold wheels(actually 2 sets of stock gold wheels).

If I list I'll try $110,000 to start I gues.

It never hurts to try, I hope it sells at or near that price. I want the M2cs value to remain high forever, much like the 1M (but starting higher of course).

If you have CCB I suspect you will get over $100k. Call EAG as a customer interested in their car and ask how much they are asking, it looks to be similar to yours. They actually move their M2cs's unlike some of the other CarGurus listing dealers. People trust them more than other used car dealers and their clients are usually prepared for the price.

What are you doing with the extra set of wheels?

Not sure yet. Bought mine with Cup 2's and changed them to same gold wheels I bought at dealership and mounted Conti DWS and have never put Cup 2 set on again.

Out of curiosity I asked during my 1 year service appointment what the dealer would offer for trade in. 83k. Not enough comparable sales data supposedly? This is for a nonCCB DCT car with 3k miles.

Call EAG and ask them, if they offer the same perhaps that is what you should expect on trade. Dealers do not want to take a risk, therefore offering a number that they will absolutely get.

My valuation is simply a guess based on what I have seen advertised and heard here on the forum. For perspective, I overpaid for mine. I would love to see prices consistently near or over $100K. Time will tell...

I've had $95 offered by a individual but holding out for $100k. A dealer will get $110-115 for it.

Thats good to know. I'm 6MT/Misano 600 miles, and I've thought about selling at price. Client Advisor says do it and he'll put me in an M5cs

You're not driving the car and have neglected it to the point of it now having a questionable break in service with it being in circulation for over a year now. Sell it and get something that you will enjoy driving!
Break in service done.

Sell the E46 and keep the cs... As a previous owner of 2 E46 M3's, that is what i would do.

Current market for those is strong as well.

It’s really too early to speculate on the CS values.
But do expect to see a dip when the new M2 is announced (no matter what that looks like)
