My winter tire setup is it ok?

I have a set of almost brand new winter tires coming from a Amg Gt. 275/35-20 rear and 265/35-19 front. I know there is 3% diameter differential between front and rear. I will install on my m3 xdrive 2022 on the original wheel. Im will use the car for 2-3000km max this winter. My bmw dealer say No problem but I want to ask to you if you see any problem with that setup?
