Met with Ptgltw at a BMW CCA Track Event

Had a great visit with Mike at the Summit Point Track in WV for a BMW Track Event this past weekend. It was my first time at the Track and I'm completely hooked! Mike was a great host and provided my son and I a ton of great information. Was also great CKing out the M2csr in person! What an amazing machine!

Thanks again Mike! Looking forward to getting together for a drive!

It was a great day. I'm glad you and your son made the trip on short notice. It was great meeting you and we will do it again soon I hope.

I see you are in VA. Sorry for the noob question, but what is the BMW Track Event? Is there some sort of membership or something you have to pay for? I'm interested in just going to the track and get a feel for what happens at these events and maybe down the line give it a shot myself.

Membership part of the BMWCCA, though track fees are extra over membership.
