Removing Black Trim on Bumper to install lip

Does anyone have instructions or a DIY on removing the front black bumper trim pieces to install a lip? I have unscrewed the screws and removed pop rivets but it isn't budging.

If I recall correctly on the instructions for the CF M Performance lip there is another screw tucked up in there behind the bumper that needs to come out. Jaguar can probably chime in since he commented on having issues removing these at first as well.

I found the last screw, for some reason they didnt just "fall off" curious if there is a clip and I have to pry them off? LOL this may be a job for my tech.

There’s a couple screws holding it down in the wheel well next to your reflector.

I gave up, didn't have a long enough break from work. My tech buddy is going to install it over the long weekend. I will have amazon lip fitment pics early next week!
