Sigh, I have been visiting their website twice a day since August but no surprise.

Saw 3 LCI M40i's today in person for the first time. I still don't think the X3 is a class leader in terms of style, but I do think the LCI helped give it more of a modern vibe. Here's what I saw:

Phytonic blue with 20" 699 wheels

Carbon black with 20" 787 wheels

Brooklyn Grey with 19" standard wheels

Color wise, to my eyes, the darker shades looked more cohesive combined with the smoked taillight lenses. On the BG, the taillights definitely make a statement... Some will prefer that I'm sure.

The 787 wheels look good in person, but the 699s seemed visually bigger to my eyes so they would be my preference.

Keep the pics coming...

Do you have any other pics of the one with 787 wheels from the side?

I am actually going back and forth between the 787 or the 699 wheels for a white M40i build.

Here you go... The 787s aren't bad, but seeing them next to the 699s, I preferred the latter.

Great, thanks! I am torn between the two styles. I really wish I could see each in person.

Are you sure the Brooklyn gray has the standard 19" wheels they look just like the 20" to me?

Yep, 100% positive. They do have a similar look to the 20" 787s though.

Thanks so much for the response. Any chance you have any closer pics of the 19"s? I ordered an M40i with the 19"s due to living in the northeast and needing all season tires, but not sure if I will like them and wondering whether it's worth biting the bullet of having to get new tires. Based on the Brooklyn grey M40i in your pic with the 19"s, I think they look pretty nice.

Sorry, I don't. I will say I think the new 19s look better than the pre-LCI 19s...

I picked up my car yesterday, that's fantastic M40i.
The suspension is not so stiff compare to my Mini countryman SE all4.

48V hybrid works great, not even smooth as my Mini, but still good.

Nice color combination with the body colors and wheels! Looks very good. My M40i is on order, waiting for it to be delivered to the dealer.

Can you please test and let me know if you are able to use your phone as a digital key? (Since they have removed the digital keycards)
