I have a set of these and have watched the install video...they look like a bitch to install...any tips on making it easier?

Some people drill stock ones out to avoid removing bumper sides. If you use the new ones to measure where they insert into bumper you could do that way. I would not recommend it regardless.

If you remove 3-4 bolts on each bumper side and pull it to unsnap it from under the tail light you will have enough space to reach in and pop the OEM off. If you have a helping hand to hold the bumper while you are reaching in it makes it easier. I have done 3 sets in the past and once you do one side the other is more straightforward.
