Question- the Dinan dymo only shows to 6000 rpm on a 228i, if this just cranks the boost like a jb+, why wouldnt it keep on cranking to redline?

If its still avail at the end of the week i’ll like Take it regardless.

If you look on the Dinantronics thread, Dinan explains it is because of the restrictive nature of the stock catalytic converters. At high rpm, the restriction limits the power it can push.

Dinan also only hooks up to one MAP sensor unlike some other more expensive boost controllers.
