I have a 2013 F30 4dr 4 cylinder msport package with Dynan upgrade (not sure that matters).

The vehicle is leaking oil from the vacuum pump and valve cover gasket.

The right side of the valve cover gasket leaking oil and the vacuum pump is located on the back of the engine.

I'm thinking I don't need the Valve Cover just the gaskets? I found parts on Rock auto. What do you think I should order just to be safe? I put several options.

Also there's only one vacuum pump option (bottom) so does that one look good?
