F10 active ventilated comfort seat bolsters

Does anyone know if it's possible to overstuff the bolsters? The thigh support is simply non-existent.

Alternatively, is it possible to retrofit an M5 sear cushion?

Sure with enough money and work.
Take it to an upholstery shop and have them stuff it.
