Why are F.A.G. Wheel Hubs so cheap???
Hello all. About to replace my front passenger side wheel hub on my 14 428i xDrive due to what I believe to be a bad wheel bearing. I have been looking around for replacements. Rock auto, Pelican parts, FCP Euro etc. The one thing I have noticed is that the F.A.G. replacement hubs are much cheaper than other brands (around $65-$75) than many other brands but are very highly spoken about, even here. I have looked on Rock Auto and the MOOG and Timken are listed as $130 and $160 respectively. So please tell me, why is a solid replacement brand like F.A.G. (and German produced to boot) so much cheaper?
Thanks in advance! Last edited by kahn23; 03-28-2019 at 11:04 AM.. Reason: change 2 words |

https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...**-31206876844 It's assembly-F.A.G.-31206876844 without the periods. The forum filter is stripping that word out without periods. Last edited by kahn23; 03-28-2019 at 05:12 PM.. Reason: edited a part name |
