F30: Depo Headlight Questions & Rear Fogs

When visiting:

https://www.uniquestyleracings.com/s...led-2030505305

I think for certain the kit includes:

- LED Angel Eyes
- New Housing
- Projector Lens

I am uncertain if it includes:

- Xexon's ????
- Bulbs for everything ???

Is this kit simply to get an OEM xexon "Look" or do you actually get increased visibility.

My biggest gripe for the person who drives this car is the nighttime visibility. I know the stock H7 is 55W regardless of bulb manufacturer etc. I can possibly put in a 65W if the wiring can handle it but if the depo kit solves both visibility issues and aesthetics then its a great option.

Also can these F30's get rear fog functionality with the stock pre LCI tails? In the e92's we usto be able to simply buy the euro switch or modify the USA switch to gain functionality.

Thank you for your help, I have searched but still have these few questions.

Pretty sure that kit is going to come with the standard 55w h7 halogens. Other members on here have upgraded them to LED or HID Xenon bulbs (preferably before the install because of all the benefit from having the housings outside of the vehicle)

This was my worry, so essentially I am buying the look. Unless of course the upgraded LED with a projector lens actually increases visibility VS putting same side firing LED H7 bulb into the OEM housing.

For optimal light output, I'd throw HIDs in the Depo projectors. I currently have LED low beams in my depos and while the output is good enough, I know HID output would be better. The stock, yellow H7 bulbs that come with the Depos are horrible if I recall.

Yep, essentially. I put HIDs in mine. I know a couple of members put LEDs in their vehicles so you can search for that or look through the mega thread started by member elusive on page 1 to get the idea of the visual outcome of light output.
